Since 1992, Lions Clubs International has had a float in the New Year’s Day Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California. Two of its entries in 1993 and 1994 won awards for the most beautiful floats in the parade and again in 2014 won the tournament of Roses Special Trophy for exceptional uses in multi classifications. We are collecting soda can tabs that will go to the Ronald McDonald House to raise funds. Lion Monica will collect the can tabs, and Lion Joan will collect the other items.

Other items include glasses, old cell phone, ink cartridges and hearing aids.

The glasses are used by the California Friends in Sight Vision Project.

The ink cartridges and cell phones go to the Student Speakers Foundation to raise more funds.
